You should notify the communication center (911 if emergency) or (632-7176 if non emergency) whenever you locate an explosive or suspicious substance and they will notify the appropriate individuals to handle the situation!
DO NOT TOUCH OR MOVE ANY SUSPECTED EXPLOSIVE SUBSTANCE!!

The purpose of the SWAT Team is:
(1) To stop the momentum of violent crime;
(2) control violent situations;
(3) Protect the lives and property of citizens.
If you see the SWAT team in your area, please stay clear for your own protection and for the safety of those involved!!
